Broward County foodies have a reason to celebrate this weekend as Bolay, South Florida’s hottest new build-your-own superfoods bowl restaurant, prepares to open their first location in Broward County in Pembroke Pines located at 151 N Hiatus Rd on Saturday, May 6 at 11 a.m. This will mark the fourth opening in over a year for Outback Co-Founder Tim Gannon and his son Chris Gannon.
To celebrate, Bolay will be offering the first 25 guests in line a free catered party for up to 10 people at a date and location of their choosing and will kick off a weekend of community giving. From 11 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on opening day, Bolay will donate 20 percent of sales to the Humane Society of Broward County, whose mission is to provide shelter, aid and responsible adoptions in their care. From 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. educational dogs will be on site to educate the community about respect and kindness to all animals.
On Sunday, May 7, 20 percent of sales will go to Feeding South Florida whose mission is to end hunger in South Florida by providing immediate access to nutritious food, leading hunger and poverty advocacy efforts, and transforming lives through innovative programming and education.
Guests can also take advantage of fun activities throughout the day including a photo booth and enjoy free samples and prizing passed out by a stilt walker.
